The Adult Autism Centre Overview
The Adult Autism Centre provides private, neuroaffirming adult autism assessments across Canada, led by experienced clinicians Drs. Gurdeep and Anita Parhar.
The practice is rooted in a neuroaffirming approach that views autism as a natural variation in human neurology. With a history of helping over 40,000 adults across Canada through the Adult ADHD Centre, the co-founders are dedicated to accessible, high-quality care.
The Assessment Process

Step 1: Free Discovery Call: A complimentary 30-minute video conversation to discuss your goals, answer questions, and ensure a comfortable fit with zero pressure or commitment.

Step 2: Self-Paced Questionnaires: Complete standardized assessment tools at your own pace, including the CAT-Q, RAADS-R, AQ, and Sensory Profile.

Step 3: Clinical Interview: An in-depth clinical conversation exploring your lived experience, personal strengths, daily challenges, and unique support needs.

Step 4: Consultation Report: Receive a detailed written Autism Consultation Report featuring a formal diagnosis (if applicable) alongside personalized recommendations for work, school, home, and relationships.
