Program Overview
Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) is a national employment program designed to increase the labour force participation of people with intellectual disabilities and autism. Delivered through Inclusion Canada and the Canadian Autism Spectrum Disorder Alliance (CASDA), RWA bridges the gap between job seekers and inclusive employers to create meaningful, sustainable employment opportunities.

Eligibility: Autistic youth and adults ages 16+ (along with individuals with intellectual disabilities).

Approach: Uses a person-centred model focused on individual strengths, preferences, and interests to secure the right job match.

Employer Education: Educates businesses on the value of neurodiverse talent and assists them in designing accessible, supportive work environments.
